Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Vanilla 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Pushes a little bit
  • Sugar 150 g
  • 150 g of liquid oil
  • 100g yogurt

Recipe

To prepare Yazdi cake, first mix all the ingredients except flour together well with the electric woman so that it becomes bloated and tightened. After that we will sift the flour and slowly add the ingredients to the spoon. We do not pour flour.

Pour the dough into the hopper and place the fatty sweetened paper into the bowls for cake and pour out the liquid inside.

After finishing, cook the cakes in a fryer at a temperature of 280C to make the cakes bloat and brown on them. After baking, we remove the cakes out of the oven and allow them to cool, then add to the desired container.

Yazidi cake is one of the most popular Iranian cakes that is used in more event celebrations.
