Ingredients for 4 people

Pizza dough 500 g

Cheddar Deep Cheese, Slice or Pizza Cheese 200 g

Chopped Negini mushroom 10 pieces

Curry spices and turmeric in the required amount

Salt and paprika powder and thyme as needed

Half a piece of crushed bell pepper

Canned corn 4 tbsp

1 egg yolk

1 chopped onion

Tomato paste 1 tbsp

Minced meat 300 grams

To prepare a delicious meat dumpling at the beginning of the work, we wash and peel the onion and chop it finely. Put a pan with a little oil on the heat to heat. Then add the onions and fry until light and golden.

When the onions are cooked enough, add the minced meat and stir until the meat is cooked and changes color. When the meat is cooked enough, add spices and fry to release the aroma.

Then add the finely chopped bell peppers and fry until it changes color and is cooked. After that, we wash the mushrooms, chop them finely, add them to the mixture, and fry them until the water is absorbed.


The fourth step

Sprinkle flour on the work surface and spread the pizza dough on it to a thickness of half a centimeter. With a circular cutter or the bottom of a glass, cut the dough into circles with a diameter of 10 cm and separate. Pour the right amount of meat stock on one side of the circles.

Then pour cheddar cheese or pizza cheese on the meat stock, put the donuts in a semicircle, and wrap the corner. You can moisten the dough all around with a little water and bring one side of the dough on top of the other.
