Ghormeh Sabzi Recipe

Ghormeh Sabzi is one Stew of the Iranian sour steaks and one of the national foods of Iran, and this type of food is popular in Afghanistan as well. The stew is prepared from peppermint, red meat, lemon omean and red beans or chicken beans.



Ingredients

  • Green Vegetables: • One kilo
  • Cheetah or red beans: • One third of the glass
  • Onion: •: one number
  • Dried shamboyley: • A tbsp
  • Salt and pepper and spices: • To the extent necessary
  • Lemon Omani: • 4 to 5
  • Lemon Round: •: Enough
  • Oil for frying vegetables and meat: •: Enough

Recipe

  1. To prepare the sturgeon, we will plant the vegetable beans from the night before and change the water two or three times. Then, with water and salt, bring a little bit of water. Lime Omani in a bowl to make it a little soft and pierce it with a fork.
  2. Shred the onion and fry with a little bit of oil to make it golden. We cut the meat according to the size of our target, and we roast it with a little onion until the color of the meat is changed and fry in such a way that the water is removed.
  3. Then add it to the yellow chowder and a little pepper, preferably red pepper, and pepper. Add the beans to meat and onions and let them be cooked with a little water.
  4. In this case, we wash the vegetables and grind them. Then fry it. If you use frozen vegetables, put the vegetable in a frozen state, without the ice being opened, in the oil so that the greens are not rubbery or black after blush.
  5. After the beans and meat are cooked, add the fried vegetables, Lemon Omani and water to the ingredients and let the stew cooked with a mild heat. In the end, add salt and pepper and lemon juice. In some areas, the stew adds some leavened tomatoes and vegetables, depending on the taste of the individual.
