Halva Recipe |
Ingredients
- Sugar 1 glass
- White flour 2 glasses
- Little powder powder
- Liquid oil two thirds of glass
- Rose 4 teaspoons
- Saffron brew 1 tbsp
Recipe
To prepare a halva syrup, first put a small pot on the heat and then pour 2 glasses of water into it. Add the rosewater with powdered sugar and powder to the pot and stir the ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved in water. After the sugar has been solved, add the saffron to the pot and mix it with other ingredients. Once the syrup is ready, put it on a very gentle heat because it should be hot when you want to add it to flour.
In the next step, scrape the flour twice to be completely flat and then place a suitable container on the heat and pour liquid oil into it. After the liquid oil is hot, soften the heat to keep the oil warm.
In the next step, place a pan that is suitable for heat and add flour to it. Roast the flour to make the color change and make it a bit tart. Note that this step is very important because if you ignore the flour, it will quickly get high.
If the flour burns, your taste in halva will be destroyed. After the flour color has changed, add the oil hot to the flour and make sure that the oil and flour are completely homogeneous. Lower the heat under the pan and add the syrup to the halva.
Mix the ingredients with a good spoon until the halvah takes a dough. After the oil has been thrown and prepared, add it to your desired container. For decorating halvah you can use pistachio, almond slices and coconut powder.
